Candor
OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 3, 2025) — PRWeek has named Candor a Best Place to Work in the country for a second time.
Candor, a full-service marketing and communications firm located in the West Village District, was honored alongside nine other small agencies from around the nation. The Best Places to Work program, considered the industry standard-bearer, celebrates companies who stood out from the crowd with an emphasis on team building and culture.
In PRWeek’s evaluation, judges were impressed with Candor’s dedication to career growth and also awarded the agency high marks on compensation. Additionally, Candor scored high on fostering a creative, productive and collaborative work environment that employees described as boasting a “thoughtful and intelligent team” and a “genuine, amazing energy that makes this place extraordinary.”
“At Candor, we’re intentional about building a culture where people feel supported, trusted and empowered to do their best work,” said Candor President Ally Glavas. “Being recognized by PRWeek reinforces what we see every day — a team that collaborates deeply, communicates candidly and delivers standout results for our clients. That combination is what makes Candor such a special place to work and grow.”
In the anonymous survey which largely helped determine honorees, employees praised the company’s commitment to providing a formal goal-setting process, consistent in-house development opportunities and dedication to career growth. “Candor is the best place to work if you want to expand your career and challenge yourself. It pushes you to your fullest potential,” explained one team member.
Candor is part of a team of agencies including Salient and Honeymoon. This enterprise model gives Candor employees the opportunity to work on major global brands, including Sazerac, Halo Top, Mars Wrigley and André California Champagne.
