OKLAHOMA CITY (October 1, 2025) – Phase 2, a software engineering and AI consultancy, has appointed Heath Rutz as Vice President of Business Development. Rutz brings over 30 years of enterprise technology sales experience from TierPoint where he served as Strategic Account Executive, developing deep expertise in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth in the technology sector. His proven track record aligns with Phase 2’s mission to partner with organizations on transformational technology initiatives that solve complex problems and improve lives.
