If you suspect that you have contracted COVID-19, get tested and quarantine yourself immediately. Stay home except to get medical care and separate yourself from other people and pets. View additional guidance here. 

If you have a confirmed case of COVID-19, isolate yourself from others even if you are asymptomatic or have a mild case. The CDC recommends isolating for 14 days. Read more. 

If COVID-19 has impacted your ability to meet any of your basic needs, please use the resources of Heartline/2-1-1, a 24/7 helpline that provides assistance for Oklahomans in need.   

Oklahoma City is experiencing community spread of COVID-19, a novel coronavirus ruled as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. To combat the spread of the virus, follow these recommendations from the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and the Oklahoma City-County Health Department (OCCHD):

• Practice social distancing. Stay home if you can. Work from home if you can.
• Wear a mask when in public.
• Avoid large gatherings. 
• Older adults and people with chronic illnesses should avoid all non-essential air travel. They are at a higher risk for a more severe infection.
• If you have COVID-19 symptoms, follow the latest guidance from OSDH at coronavirus.health.ok.gov.
