Fair Chance Hiring Workshop & Expo

Is your business struggling to find employees? In partnership with the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council, the Fair Chance Hiring Workshop and Expo will provide employers with valuable information and resources on how businesses can successfully implement fair chance employment practices to meet workforce needs.

Attendees will hear from organizations that support businesses with employees who have been through the criminal justice system, first-hand experiences from employers who have navigated the process themselves and the legalities businesses need to consider as they implement this hiring practice. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with fair chance hiring organizations during the event's expo.
