Celebrating OKC and the Chamber's vision

The 2021 Annual Meeting will convene OKC's business leaders at Oklahoma City's new convention center. The accomplishments of 2021 will be highlighted and 2022 Chamber goals revealed by Chamber Chair Sean Trauschke of OGE Energy Corp.

Annual Meeting's keynote address will focus on the future of work.
The future of work is changing on an individual, organizational and societal level. Attendees will hear from keynote speakers Gerarda Van Kirk, Accenture global future of work lead, and Yaarit Silverstone, senior managing director of Accenture's talent and organization effectiveness, on how evolving human expectations and the acceleration of digital capabilities call for new talent and organization strategies.

In this interactive discussion, Van Kirk and Silverstone will cover what companies can do now to retain the best employees while planning for the workforce needs of the future, including how to uncover hidden pools of talent and how to use technology to your advantage. The discussion will also include strategies for upskilling current employees and a broader look at the role corporations play in educating the workforce.

Free guest parking is available at the surface lots on Reno Avenue between Ron Norick Blvd/Thunder Dr. and S Hudson Avenue courtesy of Parking Sponsor Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City.

$10 event parking is available at the OKC Convention Center parking garage and the surface parking lot on the South side of the Convention Center.

Table Assignments
Attendees will receive their table assignment via email on Thursday, Dec. 2 and the morning of Friday, Dec. 3. The email will come from events@okcchamber.com.
