Becoming a second-chance employer
Oklahoma City is a city on the rise, and we want you to stay informed about its major successes, challenges and ways that the business community can stay involved.
The Chamber will continue its successful monthly Chamber Forum series from January through November 2021. The Chamber Forum series brings thought leaders together to discuss major initiatives, programs and current issues that impact Oklahoma City's business climate, economy and community.
The June Chamber Forum will provide concrete guidance for how to become a second-chance employer, how to navigate any potential challenges during the hiring process, and the benefits to businesses and the larger community. Attendees will learn how connecting with an untapped talent pool of employees--the formerly incarcerated--can bring value to their company or organization.
