Ensuring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Hiring Process
The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City Inc. and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber have formed a new monthly series: Creating a Culture of Inclusion. The partnership is aimed at creating a stronger dialogue and engagement of the Oklahoma City business community around issues of social justice and anti-racism.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations are important to implement among your current staff, but are they happening during the hiring process? On Jan. 26, join us to hear Angie Christopher discuss how we can ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion exist not only in the day to day, but in the hiring process as well.
