And the newest project in Oklahoma City's first mixed-use development was announced, which includes:
OKLAHOMA CITY (October 23, 2014) — The groundbreaking ceremony for Chisholm Creek, Oklahoma City’s first mixed-use development, took place today. Greater Oklahoma City Chamber President Roy Williams, City Councilman Pat Ryan, tenants and developers came together to celebrate the occasion with a ceremonial “tee-off” with Oklahoma City newcomer, Topgolf. During the event, Bill Wetterman, a representative for the Chisholm Creek development, announced the newest project in the development, Tract 30.
“Oklahoma City is being recognized by top national brands as a desirable market. Chisholm Creek’s mixed-use concept is attracting the best of both local and national restaurants and retailers to our city.” said Roy Williams in a news release. “The development is a wonderful addition to northwest Oklahoma City and will be a positive driving force in our economy.”
Tenants including the St. Anthony Healthplex, Cabela's Incorporated, the World's Foremost Outfitter® of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear, and golf entertainment leader Topgolf International, Inc. alone will create more than 800 full- and part-time jobs and are expected to bring more than 2.2 million visitors to the development annually.
Soon Chisholm Creek will break ground on Tract 30, a complex that will house retail stores and restaurants with patio spaces. Tract 30 will be located between Cabela’s and Topgolf off of Western Avenue. Developers are in discussions with local, regional and national potential tenants and plan to announce multiple tenant confirmations in the coming months.
“We are excited about reinventing real estate in Oklahoma City with the first mixed-use development.” said Whitney Rainbolt, representative for the Chisholm Creek. “We have received interest from companies both local and national and continue to work with potential new tenants. From dining and shopping to living and golfing, Chisholm Creek will have something for everyone.”

Medallion Group, of Oklahoma City and Retail Endeavors Group, of Austin, Texas have partnered to develop Chisholm Creek. The group has built developments in excess of a billion dollars, and brings more than 50 combined years of real-estate experience to the project.
About Chisholm Creek
Chisholm Creek is a planned 190-acre mixed-use development. This pedestrian-friendly project will be located in the heart of the Quail Springs area of northwest Oklahoma City and Edmond trade areas. Chisholm Creek is Oklahoma City’s first true mixed-use development. This project will feature entertainment and music venues, hotel and event space, class A office facilities, a collection of restaurants and lifestyle retailers, a fitness facility, residential, running trails, and is connected to an 80-acre city park. The site will have regional access from on/off ramps east and west from the John Kilpatrick Turnpike and local access from Pennsylvania Avenue, Western Avenue and Memorial Road.
