17-story apartment tower proposed for downtown OKC

Times Square OKC, a project that will include a 17-story apartment tower, at least 36,500 square feet of retail and a seven-story garage, is being proposed for the last remaining undeveloped property in downtown's Central Business District.

The tower height will be about 200 feet, with 19 to 23 apartments on each floor beginning on the third story. The first story will include a 5,800-square-foot leasing office and lobby, and 10,500 square feet of commercial space.The proposed timetable calls for construction to start by the fall of 2018 with completion in the spring of 2019.
