Gain insight into Oklahoma’s biosciences industry – as well as some tips for funding and marketing your own venture – during the upcoming BioSummit and Awards Dinner on March 26.
Sponsored by the Oklahoma BioScience Association, the Biosummit will take place all day at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, 1 Park Ave., in Oklahoma City.
The summit will bring together researchers, scientists and entrepreneurs from across the state who will address funding fundamentals, partnering and exit strategies, keys to building a biotech business and making your technology attractive to the industry.
All proceeds will go to the nonprofit Oklahoma BioScience Association to support additional educational activities for Oklahoma’s bioscience community.
Registration begins at 10 a.m.; a networking lunch will follow the first session at 11:45 a.m.

After the sessions, from 4:30 to 5 p.m. listen to Oklahoma-related news about the upcoming BIO (Biotechnology Industry Organization) International Convention in San Diego, Calif., from the Greater OKC Chamber and the Oklahoma delegation to the convention.
The Oklahoma Bioscience Awards reception and dinner will begin at 5 p.m.
Tickets are $75 for the BioSummit alone; $125 for the BioSummit and Awards Dinner and $100 for the Awards Dinner only.
