Josh Spurlock has always loved to cook, but starting a new business has developed and enhanced his passion.
He and his wife Michelle looked at starting a restaurant or grill, but felt the cost and associated risk was too high.
When they began researching the food truck fad, they became convinced this was the way to go. Late last fall the idea for BlueJ’s Rollin’ Grill hatched.
Both Josh and Michelle were heavily influenced by the love of their grandparents growing up in Ohio, which included gatherings where the family would feast.
