PwC announces Nathan Rice as new Oklahoma City Office Managing Partner

Oklahoma City, OK — PwC announced that Nathan Rice has been named the next Managing Partner of its Oklahoma City office. He will take over the role later this year from John McNamara when he retires.
Nathan is a long-serving assurance partner in the firm’s Oklahoma City office with extensive experience advising public and private companies—primarily in the oil and gas sector. He has guided clients through major transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and complex financing deals. His technical expertise spans equity and debt offerings, internal controls and ASC 932 accounting.

In addition to his client service work, Nathan served in PwC’s National Office, contributed to the Petroleum Accounting, 8th Edition textbook and supported firmwide training as a sponsor of PwC’s Petroleum Academy. He also leads PwC’s recruiting efforts at Oklahoma State University and manages key client relationships across the region. Nathan holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
