OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (April 2, 2025) – Griffin Media, an Oklahoma-owned multimedia company, announced today that Andy Miller has joined the team as vice president of digital content. In this role, Miller oversees the storytelling and distribution of original content through multiple digital channels and platforms – station websites, apps, streaming apps, FAST (free ad-supported streaming TV) channels, and social media. Keeping Oklahomans safe, informed, and entertained no matter where they are as they lead their lives in the state.

Miller will also be succeeding Chuck Maulden as vice president of content for Griffin Media when Maulden retires later this year.
With nearly 30 years of experience in local news, Miller has been fortunate to work alongside teams and journalists at both the station and corporate levels. He and his teams produced high-quality local news that was featured on-air, online, and on social media. Miller worked with stations to launch new newscasts and shows, enhance news products, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and grow audiences. Through it all, his focus has remained on quality, consistency, and supporting the future of responsible and impactful local journalism.

An Illinois native, Miller is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before joining Griffin Media, he worked as a news director in the central Illinois region and as a director of local content overseeing multiple stations owned and operated by Nexstar Broadcasting across the Midwest.
In addition to his love for the news, Miller is married to Dr. Angela Green Miller, and they have five children. When they do have spare time, they love to participate in their church and enjoy all that Oklahoma has to offer.
