Cynthia Reid, Sr. VP Marketing and Communications
I am so appreciative of Meg’s leadership and her impact on our community – she really shines in this article.
This project will be so catalytic to our visitor development – this article made me even more excited about its potential.
I love the unexpected history lesson in this one – and the reminder that our city produces some pretty creative and amazing talent.

I’m a huge fan of the streetcar, so it’s been fun to brainstorm ideas for and even write some of our streetcar content. But a few weeks ago while out and about riding the streetcar I overheard a couple reading word for word from this story. Turns out they were having an OKC staycation and doing the streetcar brewery crawl! They apparently aren’t the only ones because this story continues to get traffic despite being several months old.
This is a weird favorite, but hear me out. Every election, big or small, the VeloCity team pulls together some content to help everyone have a better understanding of what’s included on the ballot. While it’s not the most glamorous or exciting story; based on the traffic we see to these types of stories it’s something that people in the community are finding helpful.
