For the seventh year, The Oklahoman is partnering with Philadelphia-based Energage, the employee research and culture technology firm, to determine Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces, based solely on employee survey feedback.
Over the past several years, we've learned much about the state's top-ranked companies, big and small. From energy giants to tiny nonprofits, we have explained how leaders create successful workplaces and teams.
If you think the place you work belongs among them, now is the time to tell us about it.
Anyone can nominate a workplace: employees, executives, even customers.
Any organization with 35 or more employees in Oklahoma is eligible to participate, and it can be a public, private, nonprofit or government entity.
Last year, we published 80 winners in our annual Top Workplaces section. More than 24,000 employees from 114 companies were surveyed. Winners included Paycom, which employs more than 1,900, and Aviation Training Consulting LLC, which has a staff of 40.
Our research partner for this project, Energage, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for 50 major metro newspapers, and last year surveyed nearly 2.6 million employees at more than 7,500 organizations.
Workplaces are evaluated by their employees using a short 24-question survey.
Companies will be surveyed during June through August.
That's why you need to get your company nominated by July 19. We will publish the results in December.
Nominations may be submitted at www.oklahoman.com/nominate, or by phone at 708-6151.
