Registration & Payment
Non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due with the registration form. Reservations will not be held without a deposit due to the limited number of seats available. Final payment must be received by the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber no later than Thursday, December 15, 2011.
Prior to December 15, 2011, cancellations must be in writing and you will lose the $200 non-refundable security deposit. After December 15, 2011, cancellations must be in writing and will cost $500 per person. On or after departure date, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds granted. No substitutions are allowed.

Chamber Members - $1,999 per person
Non-Members - $2,099 per person
The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber will extend member pricing to members of all Oklahoma City metro area chambers of commerce.

An additional $450 will be added to the cost of the trip for those requesting single occupancy.
An upgrade to business class on the roundtrip international flights is available for an additional $5,000 per person.
Side Trip to Xi'an to view the Terra-Cotta Warriors - additional $450 per person.
