For more than a century, St. Anthony Hospital has been caring for Oklahomans. The journey began 118 years ago when its founding sisters established the hospital as the first in the Oklahoma territory. Today, SSM Health Care of Oklahoma continues to carry on the sisters’ legacy with four hospitals: St. Anthony Hospital, St. Anthony South, Bone and Joint Hospital at St. Anthony, and St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital. The growing network represents an annual gross revenue of $2.6 billion and includes 4,800 employees, 845 physicians, and 144 volunteers who provide exceptional, compassionate care to Oklahomans.

St. Anthony Hospital is located in the vibrant Midtown Oklahoma City district. Over the past twelve years, the hospital has invested $220 million in expansion and improvement projects. Most recently the hospital opened The Pavilion with an expanded emergency room, two intensive care units and a progressive care unit. Additional improvements over the past decade have included a new surgery department, medical office building, renovated patient care units, and updated public spaces.

While St. Anthony was improving its facilities in Midtown, the hospital was also expanding throughout the metropolitan area by opening four new St. Anthony Healthplex campuses. Located in Mustang and in east, south and north Oklahoma City, each facility has a full service emergency room, breast center, diagnostic services, and primary and specialty care physician offices. St. Anthony Heathplex campuses are easily accessible to the community, and staff provide exceptional care with high levels of customer service.

SSM Health Care of Oklahoma also includes St. Anthony North, St. Anthony Physicians Group with 200 primary and specialty physicians, and a 17-hospital affiliate network.
