ABOUT THE CHAMBER:
The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber is the voice of business and the visionary organization in Oklahoma City. With over 4,000 member organizations, the Chamber strives to make Greater Oklahoma City one of America's most desirable places to live, work, play and visit. Chamber priorities include economic development, legislative action, community improvement efforts and involvement opportunities for local businesses.
Digital Content Coordinator - Coordinator assists the marketing and communications team with creating, placing and analyzing the success of digital and print content on a variety of platforms including social media and websites. Requires demonstrated ability to pull appropriate/useful analytics to improve performance of content and social media posts. Strong writing skills. Videography / photography / video editing skills preferred. At least one year of experience in an agency / client-side marketing, advertising, or other communications-related environment preferred. Professional social media experience required.
Sr. Manager, Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Sr. Manager engages with, supports Oklahoma City's early stage/innovation and technology-infused economy. Focus includes the region's healthcare/bioscience, information technology and creative clusters. Position does specific outreach work and fundraising as a part of executing innovation related programming. College degree in field appropriate to position's focus. Advanced degree a plus. Minimum five years' experience in economic development, technology or related field.
Convention Sales Manager - Sales manager will work as a part of a team to sell Oklahoma City as a convention and meeting destination for associations and corporations. Degree in marketing, public relations, business or meeting destination. Minimum five years' experience in group sales. Prior experience with a CVB or a destination with a convention center is preferred.
Internships -- All internships will be part time and for credit; hours are negotiable. Parking will be provided.
All positions require completion of your junior year in college, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), have excellent written and oral communication skills and working toward a degree in a field related to the internship selected.
