ABOUT THE CHAMBER:
The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber is the voice of business and the visionary organization in Oklahoma City. With over 4,000 member organizations, the Chamber strives to make Greater Oklahoma City one of America's most desirable places to live, work, play and visit. Chamber priorities include economic development, legislative action, community improvement efforts and involvement opportunities for local businesses.
Director of Talent and Business Growth - Director will lead the chamber's efforts to engage businesses in their strategic operating needs with primary attention to finding qualified talent and keeping work skills competitive. Degree in business, human resources or organizational management. Five years meaningful experience in combination of employer services, corporate training, staffing agencies or business consulting. Knowledge of economic development and education disciplines, especially STEM and CTE fields desirable.
All internships will be part time and for credit; hours are negotiable. Parking will be provided.
All positions require completion of your junior year in college, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), have excellent written and oral communication skills and working toward a degree in a field related to the internship selected.
