Employment Opportunities:

Sr. Manager, Innovation and Entrepreneurship -  Sr. Manager engages with, supports Oklahoma City's early stage/innovation and technology-infused economy.   Focus includes the region's healthcare/bioscience, information technology and creative clusters.  Position does specific outreach work and fundraising as a part of executing innovation related programming.   College degree in field appropriate to position's focus.  Advanced degree a plus.  Minimum five years' experience in economic development, technology or related field.

Events Assistant -
The events assistant supports the events managers with event registration and planning.  Position is responsible for providing customer service to visitors and callers.  College degree in communications related field preferred.  Above average computer skills are required.  Database experience preferred.

Accounting Coordinator - The accounting coordinator handles data entry and provides assistance with the accounts receivable and payable functions as requested.  High school diploma required, Associates degree or above in accounting or related field preferred. Strong understanding of general ledger account reconciliation required.  Computer proficiency in a variety of software packages. Database experience preferred.  Must be able to operate keyboard and 10-key by touch.

Director of Criminal Justice Advisory Council - Director will manage the newly-formed Oklahoma County CJAC and provide logistical and staff support to the CJAC.  Work involves system planning, meeting facilitation, data collection, policy analysis, legal and policy research, and management of long and short term projects.  JD or Master's degree in public administration, criminal justice, social work, political science or closely related field.  Minimum three years' experience working in criminal justice or government.

Manager of Talent and Business Growth - Manager proactively engages existing employers to encourage business growth (job growth and capital investment).  Manager is responsible for assisting employers by connecting them with various resources, information and partners who can provide solutions and support.    Degree in business or marketing preferred, minimum three years experience in a relevant business setting or economic development organization.  Knowledge of manufacturing industry preferred.

Internships -- All internships will be part time and for credit; hours are negotiable. Parking will be provided.

All positions require completion of your junior year in college, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), have excellent written and oral communication skills and working toward a degree in a field related to the internship selected.
