ABOUT THE CHAMBER:
The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber is the voice of business and the visionary organization in Oklahoma City. With over 5,000 member organizations, the Chamber strives to make Greater Oklahoma City one of America's most desirable places to live, work, play and visit. Chamber priorities include economic development, legislative action, community improvement efforts and involvement opportunities for local businesses.
Research Coordinator - Entry level research coordinator serves as a resource for information about Oklahoma City and supports economic development efforts for the region. Requires degree in economics, business, economic development, public administration, library science, GIS or related area.
Visitor Information/Services Supervisor - Position is responsible for managing operations associated with visitor services/information outlets. Degree in tourism, marketing or communications preferred. Experience in hotel or attractions promotion and operations. Prior supervisory experience. Experience with volunteer coordinating preferred.
All internships will be part time and for credit; hours are negotiable. Parking will be provided.
All positions require completion of your junior year in college, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), have excellent written and oral communication skills and working toward a degree in a field related to the internship selected.
