You are invited to attend an important forum addressing the health of our community and how it relates to economic development from 12:30 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, at the Oklahoma City-County Health Department, Northeast Regional Health and Wellness Campus, 2600 NE 63rd Street.
The “Better Health Through Economic Opportunity” forum is sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, the Oklahoma City-County Health Department and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
The forum will leverage the influence of local and regional businesses to empower healthier individuals and communities through education, employment and income. The Oklahoma City stop is the second in a 10-forum series in multiple cities, including Denver; Memphis, Tenn.; Orlando, Fla.; Fort Worth, Texas; Los Angeles; and Indianapolis.
