Metro Ford of OKC is using its reach to help local nonprofit Fill My Basket gather food and non-perishable supplies for Oklahoma communities. The dealership will be collecting supplies for this cause until November 20, and will also be contributing $150 worth of food.
To kick off the holiday season the dealership staff wanted to find a way to offer more to the community than just excellent vehicles. Metro Ford of OKC’s Marketing Director, Emily Taylor, thought Fill My Basket was the perfect partner.
“We wanted to help people enjoy the holiday season with their families,” Taylor said. “Fill My Basket fit that objective perfectly.”
The nonprofit organization, which is Oklahoma-based, is using the goods collected through the partnership with Metro Ford of OKC to help Oklahomans in need this winter.
