The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education recently recognized American Fidelity Assurance Company through the Partnership Recognition Program for their outstanding partnership with Oklahoma City Community College. AFA's Degree at Work program helps colleagues earn their degrees onsite.

Three teams of Oklahoma City high school students will participate in the Oklahoma ArtScience Innovation Workshop from June 4-8 at the Center for Transformative Learning at the University of Central Oklahoma. The students earned the opportunity through participation in the Oklahoma ArtScience Prize, a project of Creative Oklahoma.

A new major exhibit titled "Oklahoma @ The Movies" celebrating Oklahomans involvement with the motion picture industry now open to the public. This celebration showcases the creativity and innovation of Oklahomans and their legacy of creating, starring in, and watching motion pictures on the silver screen. The exhibit also explores film stories about Cowboys and Westerns, American Indians and Hollywood, African American movies filmed in the state, the film industry in Oklahoma, and the "Oklahoma Image" on screen.

Creative Oklahoma announces the one-day Oklahoma Creativity Forum 2012 will be held on Tuesday, November 13 at the Cox Convention Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
