OKLAHOMA CITY (May 8, 2015) – The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber launched its 2015 Total Resource Development Campaign (TRDC) Thursday with a fundraising goal of $3 million to support the growth of the Chamber’s work in Oklahoma City. John Higginbotham, Bank of Oklahoma, and Michael Laird, Crow & Dunlevy, will serve as co-chairs of the Chamber’s 22nd campaign.
The 2015 campaign allows Chamber volunteers to connect with local companies and individuals and identify sponsorship, marketing and advertising opportunities available through Chamber programs and publications. Companies that purchase sponsorships will reach nearly 5,000 Chamber members.
The first TRDC raised $374,625 in 1994. Since that time, the program has raised more than $40 million and continues to increase the membership of the Chamber. Sponsorships raised through TRDC support the Chamber’s work in economic development, government relations, education/workforce development and community involvement.
