Event Registration and Cancellation Policies

Effective Nov. 1, 2015

Registrations must be received three business days prior to the event date to ensure participation at the event.

Cancellations are required in writing (can be an email to register@okcchamber.com) and must be received and acknowledged by the Chamber under the timelines below for a full refund:

  • Individual tickets – Three business days prior to event date
  • Sponsorships, advertisements and booths – Two months prior to event or publication date
  • Series sponsorships – Two months prior to initial event date
